At Randstad, I scaled a skilling initiative that served over 11,000 employees—elevating redeployment rates from 8% to 53%, saving $3.2M in hiring costs, and opening the door to $16M in new revenue. I’ve spearheaded retention strategies that foster engagement, built hiring systems that consistently outperform benchmarks, and delivered workforce solutions that create measurable results.

Now, at Regal Group, Inc., I’m applying those same principles to develop a next-generation team of licensed agents. My goal? To attract mission-driven professionals, equip them with the tools to thrive, and cultivate a culture where growth is the standard—not the exception.
